Your submission or planning objections should be sent to

Your submission must be made in writing and be made before the specifed date.
You should state reasons for your objections and be accompanied €20 fee.
Your objection or observation will be acknowledged by Kildare County Council and you will receive a letter on the decision, within three days of this decision being made.
If you have objected to Kildare County Council and you disagree with the decsion made by them you can them object to An Bord Pleanala. You must have lodged an original submisson or objection to pursue the issue with the planning appeals bord. It is hoped at the Bord Pleanala stage that it is expected to win this fight by shear weight and voume of objections.
